To COLLECT??? 9:00 PM unless they are reasonably sure you are up(see you moving around,out in the yard,ect) But, REPO agents dont come to collect, they come to repo. Told the person doesnt live there?? How many times do you think an agent here's that a day? Its not impossible that the "agent" is very dumb and/or lazy, but normally, they dont come back unless they have a good reason to think the car/truck MIGHT be there. Tell them NOT to come back and call the cops if they do. Simple.
