Well I have been through the GM plant. It takes about 2 hours from start to finish.

AnswerIt takes a little longer then 2 hours to build a complete vehical. A vehical may come off the line about every 3 to 8 minuts, but it takes about 2 day to build a vehical from start to finish.

When I worked at the GM plant in Moraine, Ohio a truck rolled of the line every 47 seconds, not 3 to 8 minutes. A truck was made, start to finish, in about 20 hours (if I remember correctly)
