President's children married in the White House were Maria Hester Monroe, John Adams III (son of Quincy and the only presidential son to have a White House wedding), Elizabeth Tyler , Ellen "Nellie" Grant, Alice Lee Roosevelt (daughter of Theodore), Jessie Woodrow Wilson, Eleanor Randolph Wilson. Lynda Bird Johnson, and Tricia Nixon.
Lucy Baines Johnson had a White House wedding reception after her wedding in a Washington Church. Dorothy Bush was marred at Camp David. Jenna Bush was married back home in Texas and I think there were other children of sitting presidents who were married but did not have the wedding in the White House,
I count sixteen: Tyler, Grant, Hayes, Garfield, Cleveland,Theodore Roosevelt,Taft, Wilson,Truman,Kennedy, Johnson, Ford, Carter, Clinton, George W. Bush and Obama all had minor or unmarried daughters when they lived in the White House. Hayes' daughter went to a boarding school but probably came home for vacations. Truman's daughter was 21 when he became President, but I think she still lived at home. Jefferson's daughter was married with a home of her own, but she lived in the White House much of the time and served as his hostess.
Grover Cleveland alone has had a Presidential White House wedding. Nine children of President also had White House weddings.
