Instead of seeing tables of company stock price as a function of time (years), I think it is about time each company document USA employee numbers be presented per year. This would be much more enlightening. Especially, broken down into categories; e.g., manufacturing, R&D, finance, ... Maybe companies like GE will think twice about sending their manufacturing overseas as a way to make stockholder and GE executives wealthy.
