∙ 11y agoIf you are referring to Joe Biden, they knew each other when both were serving in the US senate. Barack Obama chose Mr. Biden to be his Vice President in 2008, and Mr. Biden is serving his second term as VP. So, having served four years in that job, in 2013, he is now into his fifth year.
