My opinion is probably no. At 182 lbs. is considered over weight unless you are like 7 ft. Skinny jeans are meant to show off "Skinny" legs, hints the name "Skinny" jeans! I probably would'nt wear them if I were you. I would recomend a straight leg jean. The straight leg defines the leg in a more professional way.
