had one REBUILT on 2000 Ford 6 cyl., cost $1,300.00 unless you have a lot of money, i would not get a new one,, you can spend $500 / 600 on a used one but you are taking a chance of getting another bad one,, sorry, but you are lucky to get away with less than 13 to 15 hundred,,
