I would say not much about 200 hp . The heads are really restrictive on intake and exhaust ports . Would have to research flow of factory castings . If you really want to wake it up go with set of AFR 165 to 185's depending on cam .
Stock the engine only pushed out a max Hp of 290. Depending on the application of the engine the power band can vary based on how the engine is set up. Since it came out of a Van more than likely it had a RV/Towing type cam that allowed it to haul a load and go down the highway very smoothly.
