work out 4 like an hour or 30 minutes a day do this 4 a week or 2 and thoes lbs will shed off
I think you should do lots of exercise, but make sure you do a variety of things. like for the first day, go and jump on a trampoline with your friends, or play fetch with your dog and chase him around. Then, the next day you could go for a jog or do sit-ups or anything like that. Then the day after that walk, or do something not as hard-core. The next day take a break, then repeatt. It's also important to maintain a healthy diet, so talk to your parents/ doctor to figure out the best diet plan for you. NEVER THINK OF SKIPPING MEALS! It's O.K to skip on the snacks, but do not skip meals, that actually makes you gain weight! Tjis happens because your body thinks it won't be able to get more food later, so it builds up more fat cells, it also makes you over-eat on your next meal!
*NOTE: For the work-outs: make sure you do each activity in a gradual change. Don't do 10 sit-ups today and then 50 tomorrow. Gradually change each day!
I won't give a definite number, but use a BMI chart, like the one on the link below.
These results shouldn't mean too much, though, because it all depends on when you started puberty and other uncontrollable factors. Ask a doctor if you are really concerned.
There is no "right" weight -- it's more how you feel. Always, be healthy -- make eating right and exercising a priority (though don't be too rigid). At age 11 you're probably going to grow a bit more so I wouldn't focus too much on numbers right now. I grew from 4' 11" to 5' 3" by my freshman year in high school to my current height, 5' 6", by my junior year.
With that said, some body mass index charts say that at 5' 2", you should weigh between 120-150 lbs. Less than 120 lbs is deemed under weight (unhealthy) and over 170 is considered obese. I'm sure you've found many sources with different answers. The best answer is to ask your doctor. He or she may provide you with a better answer based on your personal health history.
Miniature Dachshunds get grow to be anywhere from 8-12 pounds (males normally weight more).Standard Dachshunds get to be anywhere from 25-30 pounds (again, males normally weight more).I have a Mini, and right not, at 14 weeks, he weighs 4 pounds, 9 ounces.---------------------------------------------------------------------We have 4 mini Dachshunds and they all weight different sizes ... It really depends on how much you feed them ... All breeds of animals weight different amounts ...There really is NO specific weight for any animals!!!Weiner dogs (Dachshunds) weigh 12 - 15 pounds. They weigh so much because of their muscles and fat legs. Unless you over feed them, of course!
