It depends on how much capacity your ipod has and how much space the app takes up, you can keep track of how much free space you have on your ipod by clicking your ipod on the sidebar in itunes when it is connected. As many pages as you want. If you run out of space (gigabytes) then your iPod cannot have any more apps on it.

Google Pages were created for making simple static pages. For more dynamic sites and blogs you should use Blogger or wordpress. Last time I used google pages they were not very SEO smart. When you make a page you are not asked to enter descriptive content to be used in tags that help in SEO. But the Simple design makes the content highly readable by search engine spiders. It also make sure the page name ans site name are near the top of site head. Rest all is mediocre. Some days before google stopped new sign ups into google pages. Now they prompt you to use google sites instead. I believe this one is much better than Google pages.
