It really depends how many calories you're cutting back and how many you're burning.. Say your burning 500 calories a day that would be just over 15 days. You didn't really specify the amount being cut or being expended. 7716 calories is only 2.2 pounds if you were wondering.

it depends on your weight and your walking speed. By physics, the heavier the weight, the more calories you burn and the faster you walk, the more calories you burn. I think typically people burn 60-80cal/mile walking so if you are walking at about 3.5mph at the minimal calorie burn.... 7700/60= 128.33 miles/3.5= 36.66 hours
