You have to remember that it isn't just exercising that contributes to weight loss, you have to realize that diet is a large part of losing weight. Exercising is important too, but not as much as diet. Anyways, swimming is good for toning your muscles and making them look nice and slim. If you swim for one hour a day, that would burn around 400-600 calories (hypothetically). If you do that for seven days a week (w/out overeating or anything) that would be 500x7= 3500 calories; which is a pound a week. I know it seems like a lot of work, but it's the gradual changes that stay the longest, not those crazy diets that make you lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks (your just going to gain it all back).
Swimming, cycling, and pretty much anything that keeps your heart rate up for an extended period of time.
2 hours per day?
yuo lose a pound
If your swim hard and not slaking off about 10 pounds in 2 weeks. But it is all about the diet eat fruits and veggies and cut the sugar and fatty foods. Remember swimming is a full body workout
Other than by surgical intervention, you cannot lose much weight in 30 minutes.
Pretty much any form of dance will help you lose weight.
if you run the entire time, you could probably lose as much as half a pound. i think the temperature affects how much weight you lose though.
You can lose a fair amount of weight, however I would not recommend this. Forcing yourself not to eat can cause bad health problems and you won't feel like exercising.
It depends how much you walk. It has to be for long enough that you sweat and start to feel tired, around an 3 hours, since it is only twice a week. If you really want to lose weight take a jog instead.
