Practicably none. Your body will go in starvation mode. Once you start eating again, you'll pile the pounds on. It's really unhealthy aswell.

Starving yourself is a rediculous and extremely unhealthy way of losing weight. Your body needs vitamins and minerals in order to lose weight in a healthy way. No matter how much you eat, (to a certain extent) if you eat healthy and you excercise consistantly, you will lose weight.
That is a very bad idea, because after those 3 days you will eat again, so there's no point. In a week (if you don't eat anything) you'll probably lose 2 kg. You will regain the weight once you start to eat again.
If a person were to eat fruit for three days straight, they may lose weight. They may not, it depend on the person calorie intake, and their metabolism.
