I took water pills and lost 3 lbs the first week, 2 pounds the 2nd week, and 3 pounds the third week, totaling 8 lbs in all. I stopped taking the water pills almost a month ago and have yet to gain any of the weight back.

it's a very unhealthy way to lose weight. you only dehydrate yourself and gain it all back once you drink. exercise and lowering your caloric intake is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.
