It depends how much you weigh.
if you run the entire time, you could probably lose as much as half a pound. i think the temperature affects how much weight you lose though.

Walking a half mile is a great "little boost," but you're not going to lose any weight. Your weight, height, gender, exercise level and caloric intake are huge factors. If you walk a half mile to Dairy Queen...I mean, come on...no weight loss. If you factor in a half a mile a day with proper diet and (additional exercise) you will lose weight....slowly. Good luck.
5 and a half stone to my calculation
um I put this question I am 205 pounds and I want to lose some weight so I want to know how much I should try to lose.
120 HAHA!
You're within a healthy weight range, so you don't need to lose any more, but in order to maintain a healthy weight, don't fall below a weight of 112 pounds.
Anywhere from half a pound to 2 pounds.
There is no real set weight. Some reasons of that are because height can vary by up to a foot between many girls and some do not lose as much weight as others do.
yuo lose a pound
Other than by surgical intervention, you cannot lose much weight in 30 minutes.
There is no safe way to lose that much weight that fast. Half that would be really pushing it. Two pounds a week is a reasonable amount. And if you lose 10% of your weight, it will be very noticeable.
