A tree frog can easily down a dozen small live crickets in an evening however they do not need that many every single day. you can supplement their diets with meal worms, wax worms, calciworms, or anything of the sort. Remember if crickets aren't eaten within 3 days, they lose nutritional value. if it isn't convienent to buy crikets every other day, you can always purchase cricket feed and water at most pet stores like Petco.
About 5-10 flies a day.
