1st of all, that's a really normal body weight for your age and height. you shouldn't need to diet, but tht doesnt mean you can pig out either. just keep a healthy norm. here are a couple of tips that are good for anyone to try, whether trying to loose weight or not.

never eat until youre full. I know that sounds awful, but doctors say tht even when youre not dieting, you should hold off on that last little bit you think you need to fill you up. if you walk away a little hungry and start to do something else, 9 times out of 10 you wont still be hungry in the next 10 or 20 min.

have a healthy breakfast- lots of teens think that by not eating breakfast (or lunch) its an easy way to loose weight. however its been proven that women who eat a healthy breakfast (like a low-sugar cereal with fruit in it) maintain a healthier body weight than women who skip breakfast all together.

also, lots of teens eat less and eat only junk food. if you think about it though, its pretty obvious that eating nothing but a bag of chips for lunch and a slice of Pizza for dinner isn't a healthy habit to get into. not only do junk foods like that contain more calories than an entire healthy meal, youre starving yourself and setting yourself up for binging habits. you may loose a bit of weight because of the ammount, but youll be fatigued and weak most of the time. right now that may seem like a fair trade off to someone whos desperate, but no one can live like that without gaining more weight in the long run.

fruits and veggitables are practically all good stuff and no junk. seriously, if you ate a ton of salids and had a piece of fruit with every meal, youd be filling up so you wont be so hungry and it has extremely minimal fats. however you cant live completely on fruits and vegitables either. include whole grains, a handful of nuts or an egg, some sort of non-fatty milk product, and clean meats like deli cuts throughout the day. basically, the stuff that tastes good just isn't choc-full of fat like fried chicken and string cheese.

if you arent athletically inclined, just do silly little things throughout the day like running up and down the stairs 10 times before school. or turn on some music and dance around your room for a couple songs. Youd be surprised how tiring it is to dance for long periods of time.

don't look at the scale all the time, its an awful habit to get into. we don't even have a scale at home cuz once youre checking it all the time, you pay way too much attention to the numbers. just because one day the scale says 107 and the next it says 105, don't be fooled into thinking you just lost 2 pounds and you can now take a break. those little changes that happen quickly are just loosing water weight. in the scheme of things, you weigh slightly less every morning than you do at night. when you forget about the scale and just spend a week doing as much as you can to exercise more and eat healthily, you might find that you do much better and feel better about what your will power alone did.

i hope that stuff helps. though like i said, that is probably the best weight you can be right now. don't get fooled into thinking you have to look anorexic to be attractive. lots of guys say they want a girl who has self-confidence and doesnt obsess over they way they look. that may sound surprising, but theyre really attracted to an inner beauty tht comes with you accepting yourself and just having fun. good luck!
