First off don't look at the scales. If you want to loose weight then go into a healthy diet. Eat foods that are healthy. Don't junk around. and only eat what your body needs..like if you are eating a whole meal and you are only hungry for about half of whats on your plate listen to your body and don't feel like you have to Have to finish it. and take a nice long walk around your neighborhood every afternoon. that's about it.

each pound weighs 3,500 calories so mupliply that 15(lbs) and the time you want to loose it by, heathly is 2lbs a week. An average woman should consume 1,200 calories a day depending on physical activity, age, health status and stage in life. 50-60% of your total intake should be from carbohyrates. 10% or less should be from fat.
