I applied for an Admin job at a school. It's admin for nursing and I am not interesting in nursing but how do I convince the employer that I'm there because I want to teach just not nursing.?

You could start by using proper English when you write.....your poor grammar makes you appear totally uneducated......if I saw the way you asked that question with 2nd grade grammar, I would NEVER even consider you....ESPECIALLY for teaching!!

No, they are making you an offer - it is up to you if you choose to accept it or not. HOWEVER - it COULD be if they apply coercive pressure into trying to convince you to do so.
