almost any sound emitting device can be used as an 'earphone' - but with the right equipment. you may need a certain connection to allow data to travel through the wires, depending on the size. a transformer will most likely be needed.
Go on to ebay, they sell GW520 earphones, just search LG GW520 headphones and you can buy them from there. They're only a couple of pounds.

It costs £139.99 in Argos! :)
As opposed to stealing it, yes.

You can find a third party App Store if you download the Opera Mini web browser. Google it and download it on your current browser, then find the mobile apps on the start page. You can get high-quality apps designed for the GW520, including Google Maps and eBuddy.
Theoretically it can, but it doesn't work very well because there is no Wi-Fi internet connection.
It has a touch resistive screen, so that the whole screen can be used to write with the stylus/your finger
They are mostly the same interface but the GW520 is a much better phone because it has 3G connection and a fold out keyboard, which is much easier to use than the on screen keyboard on the Pop (both touchscreens are mostly the same - not the best.) Furthermore it is much easier to text on the GW520. Bear in mind this is just my opinion, so it would be best for you to try out the phones for yourself before you decide. Get down to a good dealer and ask for a demo of the phones. Hope you find the right phone!
There isn't really a name for it's operating system like we say Android or iOS, because it's operating system (OS) is specifically designed for this model and doesn't run anywhere else.If you are looking for more technical details, the OS for the GW520 comes in versions, starting with GW520AT_VXXX where 'XXX' is the number of version. For example: GW520AT_V10a or GW520AT_V10cSo you can call it GW520AT if that helps...
