If someone else is having morning sickness symptoms, and they are not pregnant, then you might want to avoid close contact with them until it is clear what is causing their nausea and vomiting. However, if it is your husband who is having "morning sickness", then that is a condition that can be "caught", in a manner of speaking. Many husbands do get a psychosomatic illness ("sympathy" illness) along with their wives who have morning sickness.
