It is not "wrong" to have feelings for each other that are more than brother and sister. However, it may be best for you two to try and remember that you are now brother and sister and try to keep your feeling for each other on that. Talk to each other about it and then go from there. Just keep in mind that you are brother and sister no matter if it be by blood or by paper.
