Everyone deserves a second chance. She must really love you if she walked 7 miles just to get to you! Ask her to do more things for you until you're satisfied, at this point, only YOU can determine wether or not you still want to be with her.
Exactly how does walking 7 miles prove anything at all? A silly gesture says nothing about what she did and does nothing to make it better. There are plenty of girls who dont cheat. Why keep this one when you'll always have that memory driving you nuts. She screwed it up not you. Dont feel bad about ending it. Sleep with her friend, sister, or mom too. Keeping her around will only ever make you miserable and will make you miss your chance at someone better.
