morning sickness generally begins in the 6th week or later of pregnancy, therefore your sickness even if u were pregnant would not be pregnany related.
Pregnancies are like finger prints, no two are alike, so saying that morning sickness begins at six weeks so you would not be pregnant is a false statement. Some woman are very sensitive to changes in their bodies, me being one of them. I knew two weeks after I became pregnant, even though a test did not confirm it until I was 4 months! The best thing to do if you feel you may be pregnant, is take care of yourself as if you are until you get definite proof to the contrary.
