All you need to do is log on to wifi and find the arcues event then go to a pokemart and you'll see a man in green. he'll give you a Flute then go to spear piller again and when you walk on the middle of the gold square it will say the flute is making a sound. then you go up a magic staircase into the sky to arceus's lair

∙ 14y agoyou have to migrate regirock,regice,and registeel to unfreeze regigigas and then you go to spear pillar and you go to where you found dialga and/or palkia (i think you will have allready obtained the azure flute and if you have you must use it on the platform where you obtained dialga and/or palkia and you use it) if not you just have to go to the platform where dialga and/or palkia was and steps will appear go up the steps and go about 3 steps and you will hear arceus's noise. good luck catchin' him!

He hard to get where as mewtwo is common making worthless and to weak.raquaza can learn a variety of moves to K.O. mewtwo and has a higher attack and speed than arcues and because of that he will attack first and because he has a good variety of moves he'll K.O. arcues using a super effective move.mew not even worth talking about he'll beat mew in every stat. giritina has high attadk and k defence but lacks speed in his normal form so thats where raquaza uses outrage and wins.In giritina's origin form he lacks defence and has high attack but is k with speed but once again rayquza will atack first cause of his speed being higher and outrage high damage will K.O. giritina same goes for dialga and palkia there just weaker than giritina.
