No all I.A.S officers in India are corrupt but some of them are corrupt .

Our legal system allow them to take bribe. We can not lodge FIR against them. They are like gods. They show the way to politicians to make system corrupt and divert our tax money to US, UK and Europe.

Our administration system is very sick. No one wants to cure that. Every body enjoys the loop holes in our system.

Legal Way:

1.Take permission from the President Of India,Cabinet Secretary of India,C.V.C Commissioner,Governor of that state,to suspend I.A.S officer.

2. Goto the I.A.S revenue officer, get land details.

4. Now go to office, submit all documents, proofs and give them to the persons mentioned in the 1. line.

Note: This process will take many months and cost of 7-12 lakhs.
