If you work really hard and bring your GPA to a 35 you will have a better chance. If you do a lot of comunity service this helps more than most things as well as belonging to clubs, sports etc.
And the letter you write when you apply is one of the most importaint things so have someone help with this.
Then there is the tuition. Out of state tuition is about 30,000 to 40,000 a year so unless you have a lot of money stick with the univercities in your state or the states that may have reciprical agreements.
If you want to join the ROTC and go to a school like Stanford they will pay for it all. But do not join unless you are accepted by the school if you do this. I new a lady who is a MD went to Stanford and then Stanford medical school and is interning on a flat top. they paid over 400,000 for her to go to school.
If a Private School like Stanford knows they are going to be paid it helps alot.
And remember even Harvard at times takes c students. It depends on the pkg.
It is easier to get into college if your parent's have gone to that specific college because you would be a legacy there. Other than that, it does not really make a difference whether or not your parent's went to college. Getting accepted to, and graduating from, college has to do with your brains, not the brains of your parents.
Well at least you can spell and use grammar, that's a plus on here.
you suck. no chance of getting into college. i'm sorry
Anyone with a high GPA has a chance of getting into Cornell College in Qatar. It is a medical college and is known for its top notch facilities and all the great professors.
Nope. But a college graduate will probably have a better chance of getting hired and being paid well.
You should go to college to get an education. If you go to college, you have a way better chance of getting a good job that can support you for the rest of your life.
The chances are very slim. Even the best players from college can get hosed in the draft, IE Jared Zabransky.
3.8 / 4.0. Some schools, such as my high school, are much higher. There is no chance of getting in without college or college-level courses on your transcript.
There is a 1/13 chance of getting an L. There is a 2/13 chance of getting an I. There is a 3/13 chance of getting an E. There is a 1/13 chance of getting a C. There is a 2/13 chance of getting a T. There is a 2/13 chance of getting a N. There is a 1/13 chance of getting an S. There is a 1/13 chance of getting an H.
no too lowAnswerI don't think a GPA of 1.8 will get you in the Marines anymore. I think you're going to have to find a community college to get your grades together before a college will look at you. Better AnswerYes. Keep on the school to make sure they know you really want to go there. You may have to talk to several different people and jump through some hoops but you can be accepted into a college. You will be accepted on probation and while on probation you have to maintain a GPA of 2.5 or better for one year (2 semesters). If you drop below 2.5 for either semester the school will kick you out and then you will have to attend a community college to get your grades back up.This same thing has happened to me and now I am having to attend a community college. Coming out of high school I too only had a 1.8.
More because in today's competitive job market you have a better chance for getting a job if you go to college and specialize in something
Getting a face card is about a 31% chance. Getting a club card is a 25% chance. Getting a face card that is a club is a 17% chance
