No. First off, airsoft guns are chambered in a larger calibre, they're around .25" ( 6mm ). Modern BB guns are all .177 caliber. Pellet guns can be .177", .22" or .25", but bb's only come in .177 ( unless it's a real oldie which might be in .22 ) Second, airsofts all only shoot plastic balls or paint capsules. .177 BB's are copper plated steel the and the .22's are lead, and most BB guns will shoot the hourglass shaped lead pellets as well as BB's. Finally, airsoft rounds are propelled by a 'hammer" coming up and slamming into the round which drives it out the end of the barrel, BB's are always (so far as I know) propelled by a burst of air.
No. Airsoft guns shoot 6mm plastic BBs. Pellet guns are much more powerful and shoot lead pellets in a variety of calibsers, with .177 and .22 being the most comon.
Some pellet guns also shoot steel BBs, but these are not the same as airsoft ones.
Airguns fire heavy metal projectiles of lead , tin or plastic/metal combination. Airsoft guns fire lite plastic projectiles. Airsoft guns were designed for simulated combat and can be fired at another person wearing proper protective gear. Airguns are for target practice and hunting and should never be fired at another person.
That depends on the power of your BB gun and ammo size. If your BB gun uses 6mm BBs, then yes, it can shoot normal airsoft BBs as well. However, BB guns are usually too powerful for the plastic airsoft BBs. If you fired a plastic airsoft BB in an average powered BB gun, the airsoft BB would break. This usually happens in your gun's barrel. If the BB cracks, it can cause internal damage to the gun. This is not good. Common problems that result from BBs breaking inside of a gun are- Loss of Accuracy, Loss of Power, and Loss of the gun's reliability.
So the answer to your question is yes. You can fire Airsoft BBs out of a BB gun if they are the right side. However, it is not recommended that you do this because it can cause a lot of long term problems with you BB gun.
Yes and No. Air Soft guns are sometimes referred to as pellet guns. But there is a difference. Air soft guns can be shot at another person. Pellet guns ( the ones that shoot real lead pellets) are for target practice and hunting, NOT at another person. Air soft is low power that can attain around 400 FPS (Feet per Second) Pellet guns can attain over 1,200 FPS and are deadly. Pellet guns do not shoot plastic BB's. Air soft guns do shoot plastic BB's. Pellet guns an be considered a weapon in some situations. Air soft is considered an adult toy.
there are green gas guns red gas guns propane guns and co2 guns. they cant be mixed
Depends on your intended use.
No airsoft is much larger
The same as every other paintball gun, louder then an airsoft gun, softer then a pellet gun.

Yes if it's a Pellet or BB gun, not airsoft. It is possible.
pellet=no bb's= 6mm plastic not copper.
A pellet Gun and a Air gun are the same thing. A pellet rifle and an air rifle are the same thing. You are most likely referring to a Pellet gun/rifle verses an Airsoft gun/rifle. Pellet guns fire a metal projectile up to 1.500 FPS (Feet per Second) and are used for target practice or hunting. Airsoft guns are capable of firing a 6mm plastic projectile up to 500 FPS and are designed to be used in Combat play where people shoot at each other. Much like Paintball only with less force. That's where the term "SOFT" come from. Unfortunately "AirSoft guns" are often mistakenly referred to as "air guns" when they should be referred to as 'AirSoft guns". Airsoft is considered more as a toy where "pellet air guns" are the next closest thing to a firearm with less power. Airsoft guns/rifles all have red tips to let everyone know that they can be shot at another person. Pellet air guns/rifles look similar to a firearm (NO RED TIP) and are never used in team play where people shoot at each other.
all you have to do is buy the gun after that do what you want
In most cases it will be a BB gun. But Pellet guns exceed both the BB and the airsoft guns. Pellet guns can attain speeds over 1200 FPS.
No
Yes. If it's an airsoft it will sting. If its a BB gun or pellet gun it can penetrate the skin and do damage to a person.
Well, the legal FPS for an airsoft gun is 450, but you can get snipers, AEG's, etc. that run up to 600 FPS and beyond.
any gun besides airsoft,bb guns, Paintball, and pellet guns or anything above a pellet gun (22's 223's and so on) use gunpowder
Yes, in a matter of fact, I shot THROUGH it!
