On a cold day, you might get sick also, though it might cool you down on a hot day. Except on a hot day, it would dry quickly. But who cares anyway? Either way your hair is going to dry. It can't stay wet forever.

when using curlers it's better to have it dry.
It is better wet
They blow dry then curl with the pro curlers but they have pros do it
Dry! Wet could damage it.
For a quick curl. After you wash your hair, try putting your hair up in a bun on top of your head. Let it dry completely. Depending on your hair usually overnight. When you take it down you have curl...
yes you have to because if you dont there is a chance where you can burn your hair
you get hair gel and have wet hair and take some gel OR mouse and squeeze and curl! after your done you blow dry or let it dry natural.
Well if you want to know 'HOW' it curls, your hair is prob just naturaly curly! Like when you take a shower, and your hair is wet, as it starts to dry, it will curl up! and if you want to know how to curl it, i use my straightener and curl my hair around it, let it sit, then let go, or just get a curler and use that :D
if you want it wavy - wash hair so it clean then plait your hair tightly then wait till the plait is dry and take it out if you want the twist look- take section on hair put mousse on the twist then twisty it around in a bun secure with hair pins spray with hair spray hopes this help !
use curling rollers. apply them when wet, and then blow dry hair or let it air dry. when you take it out, your hair will be curly
It is better to let it air dry then straighten it, less damage to your hair
Blow-dry it and brush it and then (straiten it or curl it-optional)
Hi! You should either have damp, freshly washed hair or dry hair that has been spritzed with some lotion. Your hair will need some moisture to activate the curl.
