After Henry VIII came his young 9-year-old son Edward VI. Inactual fact the country was run by a Council of Regents. Edward died young and was followed by Lady Jane Grey (for 9 days) and then his half sisters Mary I and Elizabeth I. Elizabeth was the last of the Tudors.

After Henry VIII died, his son, Edward I, came to the throne. He was only 9 at the time and was a very ill child. Edward I died when he was 15 and his elder sister, Mary I, came to the throne. She ruled for 5 years until she died at the age of 42. Next, her younger sister, Elizabeth I, came to the throne and ruled for 45 years. Elizabeth I is very well known as the 'Virgin Queen' because she never married a man. Instead she dedicated herself to her country and 'married' England.

It is King Edmund son of Henry VII.

He became king just after Henry VII died.
