It sounds as if your window motor is either going out or the window regulator is binding somewhere. I have heard of people putting a good silicone spray along the window track and that sometimes helps. You will have to remove the interior door panel to get access to the window track. It is what the window slides up and down in. (the left and right side of the window.) Good luck.
it is 100% the window motor. i actually just got through doing that for the exact same problem today. Just pay attention to the spring and mark the window on the door where it stops at and on the arm where the gear is so you can get it back in the exact same way. and also note how the spring is set up.
Run the query. If in Design view you can do that by clicking on the red exclamation mark. If you go to the window and open the query directly, it will run.
You didn't mention whether you hear it all the time or just on startup? If on startup, the timing chain has a tendancy of making noise especially when cold. Usually the lifters don't make noise in these cars unless the oil is really dirty or oil level really low.

The flasher just plugs into a electrical connector. The hard part is finding it. Most are located near the steering column under the dash. If one side of the flasher works, turn it on and follow the clicking noise..I hope this helps you. Mark

If the noise is coming from the rear then the bushing is broken.
You can't call players but you can find if they are on Club Penguin. You can track them down by clicking your "buddy list" click on a friend in your list if they are on club penguin. Once you clicked on a buddy click on the question mark on their penguins window this tells you where your buddy is.
After finished typing it out in the desired font etc., double click on the layer the font is on. A window will pop up. In the window, on the left "drop shadow" is listed. Click on the WORDS "drop shadow" (clicking on the check mark will not immediately give you the ability to edit the shadow). When finished press OK.
Remove the window motor from regulator. This will free the window for movement.
