It could be a faulty wiper Motor or short circuit in wiring related to wipers.
The wiper Motor is bad. Sorry
If your wipers keep blowing the fuses on your 1998 Nissan Altima, it could be a short or the wrong fuse being used. You may have a short in the wiring or the wiper switch, a bad ground wire, or loose wiring.
My 1999 Hyundai Accents has the wiper fuses on drivers side ,look for box way down under the knob to open up your hood ,i found this out by blowing my wiper fuse a few days ago after an ice storm
happenred to me today blowing fuses opened my wiper motor found a small burned spot under the black coverit was burned havent fixed it probably an internal part of the motor shorted guess im gonna take that apart or buy a used one

Check fuses and relays
In a Land Rover Discovery, the fuses are located under the steering column. The fuse for the windshield wiper and the washers is fuse number 16.
try replacing the windshield wiper moter, and check for damaged wireing that could be causeing a short and blowing fuses.
If the fuse keeps blowing then there is a short somewhere in the wiring. The best thing to do is recheck the wiring on the wiper motor, switches, and relays.
location fuses in qx4
check fuses or relays
First check fuses, relays to wiper motor. Then check power to wiper motor. Then check linkage to wiper motor.
