Ah, yes. I had a science project on this. My conclusion was that music (sound) is only used to entertain humans (and maybe some animals). It had no effect on plants. Plant A (the control plant) was just growing as normal wild plants do. Plant B was listening to some classical music. Noting really different in the two. Although giving it carbon dioxide will help it grow.

No, plants do not have ears to "hear" but, recent science has shown that plants do respond to audio stimulus. An example of this is playing peaceful music to a greenhouse and watch as the plants develop a healthy life as opposed to someone speaking to the plants in a hateful matter or playing music with a negative effect.
