Anywhere from 16 - 22 weeks is when movement is typically first felt. However, beginning at 28 weeks movement should become regular and monitored by counting kicks. This can be done by counting how many in a day, or how long it takes to feel 20 kicks.
You probably won't feel your baby kick until around week 16 and 22, even though the baby has been moving since week 7 or 8. You may have already witnessed these movements during an ultrasound. This is often known as a fluttering feeling or a grasshopper walking across your belly during the first movements.

The "foal" moves throughout most of the pregnancy. Whether this occurs due to developmental changes or due to motion of the limbs it is still movement.
The movement on the stage is opposite from the movement seen through the lenses. For example: If you move something on the stage left, what you see through the lenses is the "specimen" moving towards the right.

If you are feeling movement in your belly, it is much more likely to be gas. You would not have a negative pregnancy test at the point in a pregnancy when you'd feel fetal movement. You should look for another explanation for your "pregnancy symptoms."
