There are many things that you may want to get used to if you move to Russia. The language is one of them (Russians do speak English in their vast majority, but not as well as people in other countries on the European continent). Also, you may want to get used to the fact that Russians eat a lot of fish and that whatever is labelled as "snack" in a restaurant menu will probably be very greasy (and it will come with a shot of vodka). Furthermore, do get used to the fact that Russians are religious and you will see a lot of Orthodox churches spread throughout the entire surface of the country. And do get used to the idea that there are Mongoloid-looking Russians as well (not just tall blonds).
Roads - both for drivers and pedestrians. A lot of traffic, not really good organization (comparing to Europe and USA). When walking, you are not advised to wear white shoes or they'll be dirty/dusty/wet depending on the season. But! The parking is a lot less painful - no fees, no handicap spots. People, especially women. They often dress sexy, e.g. tight outfits, pumps, sometimes openned belly or no Bras - just a few to name... The quality of service. Not every place will have polite staff. Not every place accepts credit cards. At at least 70% if not more cases you'll have to pay with cash. Also, better not to walk on grass, because in Russia dog owners are not required to take the "results of walking" with themselves. It is especially "appreciated" in spring, when the snow melts and uncovers the last year "treasures"...
Getting used to anything Russian when moving to Russia, as with a move to any country and culture different from your own depends a lot on what climate you're moving from, whether you speak Russian, how well you understand Russian culture, whether you enjoy Russian styles of cooking, and many other factors...in other words it will differ between individuals.
If you are contemplating a move to Russia, or any other country, you'd be well advised to use the internet, visit your local library, visit or make contact with an expatriate social organization, and take any other avenues which you might discover in order to learn more about the country.

In Russia it is obvious that people eat different food and listen to different music, so you would have to get used to that. Also the weather in Russia is very cold, even in the summer.
