i dont think that we should. if we do, then we give up the right to defend ourselves from an attack and that is not what the US does. I would say that the US should submit to the jurisdiction of an international court because then it shows that the US is willing to work multilaterally, increasing US soft power. Then the US would have a higher approval rating in the world. I also don't think that by submitting to an international court means that we give up the right to defend ourselves. It just means that we won't be able to commit crimes against humanity (which we shouldn't be doing anyway) without being called into question by the court.
