Children should really only consume "Light 'n Easy" products if they are diabetic, overweight, or it is recommended by their physician/doctor. Children have a naturally higher metabolism than adults and burn calories much faster/easier IF they are active. Also, the long-term effects of artificial sweeteners is still in question, and really aren't considered safe by most people's standards. If your child falls into one of the above categories, then, I would talk to a doctor and see what they suggest.
