Australia should be a country with equal rights for all people,as long as they are not harming any other person. Two people who spend their lives together should be allowed the same rights as any heterosexual couple.

∙ 6y agoAllowed? Exactly who gets to decide ? How about Blacks, Hispanic, fat, skinny, Jewish, brown hair, blue eyes. Allowed. Believe in God or not, it doesn't matter, being gay is how you are born the same with every other aspect of who you are.
"Gays" are human beings. You're asking if some human beings "should be allowed"? Fact is, you don't have a choice. It's like asking "Should tall people be allowed?"
Humans, like most animals, have practiced homosexual sex since the beginning. Homosexual sex is "natural".
Most human beings are capable of homosexual acts, even if we choose not to perform them.
The principles of a moral, ethical and responsible relationship have nothing to do with the "Plumbing." They're about trust, mutual responsibility, caring and growing together.
Ignorance about gay people breeds fear, and fear breeds hatred. Hatred, of course, leads right back to ignorance. So learn.
