The Navigation Act caused many conflicts in the American colonies which led to the repeal of the Acts in 1849.

The British North America Acts were created by the Parliament of the United Kingdom. These were a series of Acts (1867–1975) dealing with the government of Canada. The acts would have been signed in London as a part of the British government.
The Navigation Acts were imposed on the American colonies by England in order to restrict trade with every country except England. It affected them negatively because they were no longer allowed to trade with anyone except their home country, and therefore their goods and supplies were being controlled. Trade was kept inside the British Empire, and for the most part, the colonists obeyed the acts. However it was one of the things that sparked tension between the colonies and England.
The British gov't works like Canada's. Acts and bills originate in the House of Commons, where they are then sent to the Senate. The senate acts as "a sober second thought" and advises changes which may need to be made. If there are no issues, then the bill is forwarded to the Queen who has the final say. She then signs the bill, and it becomes a law.
The Navigation Acts restricted trade shipments between England and the colonies. The Molasses Act stood out as the one colonists disobeyed, and it caused part of the unrest which eventually led to the Revolutionary War.
The policy was called "lend lease" and provided money to enable the US to supply goods to the British in the early part of the war.
The Intolerable Acts were passed by the British Parliament, because they were deeply in debt , and thought the American colonies should pay part of the expense. (The Intolerable Acts were taxes.)
the plantation duty act was a law requiring money collected in colonial ports to be equal to English customs durties (it was part of the navigation acts)

Geico covers hail damage if it is part of your policy. Bare minimum coverage does not cover acts of nature.
The outbreak of another world war in 1939 was in part caused by the British appeasement-policy of the 1930s. Other factors were responsible, as well, such as the intentional and determined aggression of Germany.
Oman has never been formally part of the British Empire or a British Protectorate and maintains an independent foreign policy. It is a unitary Islamic State under an absolute monarchy
For many years a series of acts called the Navigation Acts governed a good deal of the US's colonies and among other British colonies. It called for English ships to carry cargo throughout the world as it concerned using UK ports of entry. This hurt the Dutch trading shipping industry the most. It was hurtful for free market trading and a part of the outdated Mercantile system.
