Yes. This will not ignore later instances of the spelling, when it may not be intentional.
In MS Office products, this is correct. Click the Ignore All button once in the drop down window under Grammar and Spelling.

You can take a spelling test online from the Spelling City website. You click a button to hear the word, then you have to enter the correct spelling for the word in the box.

You have done spelled it, look under wikipedia for all spellings and different spellings for same word. If you have a Google tool bar this button can be added for fast access, along with the Google spell checker. I have found no other spell checker better, except for my Microsoft 2010 word!
