Absolutely NO, the country of Bosnia and all the other surrounding countries having been in conflict for a long time, and the country still hasn't recovered from the war that officially ended in 1998. They are concerned with other issues, while the whole US mindset of curring the world of terrorism and communism- as well as global power- had been a major goal here. There are wider issues that need to be solved.
