I don't know but im going to try almond breeze its like soy milk made with almonds so it wont go bad but still give the thick texture it can go bad but with everclear or vodka in it i don't think it will and they make it in vanilla so there would be no need to add any ive also created my own drink called the white scottsmen i use extra light malt at 22.6 grams to one cup then water then add milk or cream and a touch or vanilla and a pintch of instint coffee and finish with 2 oz of scotch it is much better the a white Russian give it a try and email me a phillipcates@Yahoo.com with your option thanks.

Ingredients: 1 Part Kahlua, 2 Parts Vodka

Method: Pour ingredients into a short glass, stir gently and serve immediately.

White Russian

Ingredients: 1 Part Kahlua, 1 Part Vodka, 1 Part Cream or Milk, ice cubes

Method: Pour the Kahlua and Vodka over ice, into short glass. Top with cream or full cream milk. Serve.

1.5 parts tequila, 1 part Kahlua, served in a shot glass.

Some people use a shaker, so that it's chilled.

Some will mix it and light it, but that seems like a waste of alcohol, as well as a hazard.
