Some of the advantages diversity can bring to an organisation are:
· Working with different types of people, who have different qualities.
· Having everyone's strong points together for a better and more efficient working environment.
· Getting to know different people and finding out about their backgrounds.
· A wider range of unique idea's and suggestions for the company.
Because different people have different ideas. And most companies have a policy against racism, and if a corporation only has one of some kind of person, then if they are fired and a company has a policy of corporate diversity, then firing that person could be construed as being based on race. Case in point: If a person is different than another, then they have different life experiences and they will have different thoughts on a matter or problem.
The advantages of diversity in the classroom are significant. Students will learn respect and compassion for people of different backgrounds and abilities.
Diversity in school means to not talk about people but think positive about that person,it also means to not talk about that persons skin color and how they look.
