Swimming and rock climbing.
You gain a suntan, as well as muscles.
Well, maybe.
Without using free weights your muscle gains are limited to an extent. However if you're a beginner you can gain lots of mass from bodyweight exercises. Pushups, Crunches, Planks, Burpees, Pullups, and chinups. Will be your main exercises. Do a combination of these everyday. Try different variations of the pushup such as: Wide Hand spread, Wide hand and feet spread, Superman, 1 arm, And with your feet on another object. Also you can wear a backpack filled with books once you can do about 50 pushups no problem. Planks are great exercises for core strength. Look em' up if you don't know what they are. Try to hold them for as long as possible. Burpees are a great anaerobic exercises that works your whole body. For a ripped back and biceps pullups and chinups are going to be your friend. Do as many as you can for about 3 sets. Try different variations such as: close grip palms facing towards, close grip palms facing away, and wide grip palms facing away.
