What are the cylinder head torque settings on a 1989 Toyota Town-Ace 2.0 liter with a 2CT engine code?

I was just on the Toyota Owners Club site and found this information from Martin_Longbow; Toyota Carina E 2.0Ltr D Turbo 1996 - 98 (2C-T)

Head tightening sequence (new bolts not required)
Stage 1, 44 Nm
Stage 2, Tighten 90 Degrees
Stage 3, Tighten 90 Degrees

On the older ones there is a four stage sequence and there are 18 bolts according to the diagrame I have for the tightening sequence I hope it's of some help.
