The first note, "C" or "Do" is played when putting your finger on the third, second and first button and on the one behind. "Re" Is second and first instead of the third and "Mi" is only the first one and the button behind. I hop this helps.
Well this question really is lacking more information, but the first ones i learned were G (just blow into it), F (put your thumb on the hole lower then the register key) and E ( hold F and the first hole on the front side.)
The notes are called musical notes and they have the same names as all musical notes. A, B, C, D, E, F and G, with applicable sharps and flats.
If you're trying to ask "What notes can be hit on the Clarinet?" or "What is the range of notes for the clarinet?" or something to that effect, the answer would be from the first E below the treble clef staff to just about anything above that, if you're good enough. The highest note generally accepted for the clarinet is the 2nd G above the staff, 4th leger line.
(I personally have found my way up to the 3rd Bb/A# above the staff.)
I play the Bb clarinet and I have to say that the actual range is from low E(below the staff) to the 4th octave (over the 2nd break) G.
...They're called notes.

Its called figuring it out by ear. Listen to the music then think of the notes on your clarinet. Thats pretty much the only way to do it. No one has the notes because they do it by ear.
