There are potentially hundreds of questions to ask users of a shopping mall. It really depends on which perspective you require feedback. If you are a managing agent for the Mall as a whole then you will look at areas such as
1. how far from the mall they travel from home
2. do they use a car, rail, bus or a mixture of all to get to the mall
3. How often do they attend the mall
4. do they find parking sufficient
5 list your malls services which do they use weekly, monthly
6.What does do they use the facilities
1a If your a retailer - how often to they use the facility
2a what product groups do they shop for in the main - clothing, food, white good, entertainment etc
as you see there are so many options - Its best to think logically what do YOU want to know from the users
use selection questions where you can provide options for they people to answer with
use a scale from 1 to 10 for Very unsatisfied to very satisfied. for the questions
asked what gender is responding, age group and household annual salary groups
also as what job TYPE they belong these will give you what is called the demographic
