∙ 14y agoYes, at 16 he is still a minor and as the parent you are responsible for his actions and behavior. If he gets into a car accident you could be sued by the other car, if he doesn't attend school the school can take you to court to force his attending school, if he steals or damages property you can be taken to court for damages.
