Weight training builds muscle which helps you burn fat more efficiantly. Wal-Mart sells weights for cheap $5.00 for a 5lb. weight and $10.00 for a 10lb. weight, they also sell ankle weights for $10.00. I've only lost 12lbs. but I've dropped 8 sizes doing this.
