The colour purple is worn by Orthodox priests on Good Friday. This is because Pilate and his soldiers placed a purple robe on Jesus, just before His crucifixion. (Mark 15:16-20) "...they put on Him a purple robe. Then they said, Hail, King of the Jews!" (John 19:1-5).
He wears red vestments when presiding over Good Friday services.

The term "Jewish hat" is nebulous. If you are referring to skullcap, called yarmulke in Yiddish and kippah in Hebrew, its color in Reform or Conservative Judaism is representative of the personal feelings of the wearer just like the person's choice of t-shirt or pants. In Orthodox Judaism, only black skullcaps are worn, as a sign of respect and uniformity before God.If you are referring to top-hats or boyar-hats, the shape and color of the hat is indicative of the congregation or tradition of the wearer. Only Orthodox Jews wear such hats and always wear a skullcap underneath.Answer:Black is seen as a color of modesty and humility.
Yellow is a good color to wear with mahogany
You don't need to wear a certain color for Good Friday, you just need to make sure that what you are wearing is appropriate. I know of no tradition of today that says you shouldn't or couldn't wear red on Good Friday, however, if you are asking for your own religious beliefs, then I would suggest asking a Priest or Pastor. Certain religions, even today, view the wearing of red as a bold and egotistical statement, which shows vanity and is of course one of the deadly sins. I'm not sure why some Christian Faiths view Red as being such a bad color and how such things as hanging red lights outside your home to show the location of a "house of ill repute" exist. The Blood of Christ was Red, so why would Christians view the color as a bad color, it is the Red Blood of Christ that paid for their sins and pardoned them. Catholics are not required to wear any specific color on Good Friday, but they tend to wear red and/or black, in honor of the Christ's passion. People normally prefer light shades. White is considered a very appropriate color for Good Friday.
because Friday is the last day of work and school , people enjoy this day so you should wear bright / happy colours like yellow , orange , pink.
